Assistant Professor and member of the Computational Linguistics Unit in the Department of English at the University of Lodz.

Assistant Professor at the Lodz Academy of International Studies.

Lecturer at the Polish-English M.A. Programme in Computer-Based English Language Studies (COBAL) run in cooperation between the University of Lodz and Lancaster University.

Member of the PELCRA Research Team since the beginning in 1997.

Sworn Translator in English.

Research
My research interests include the use of language corpora for language teaching and terminology extraction and applications of electronic learning platforms for teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language.

I have published a number of papers on various aspects of the use of corpora and ICT in both theoretical and applied linguistics and participated in various international research projects. Click here for more information.
